All Property Management and Sales is a California real estate Brokerage company acting as an Agent / Broker for our clients. We do not own the properties in our portfolio, but simply manage them for the property owners. We offer our residents access to our property portfolio and we guarantee a fair, transparent, and seamless renting experience.

In addition to rent, residents shall pay $25 per month to All Property Management and Sles for the offered Resident Package. In additional to a full satisfactory management experience, we offer the below benefits which are included in the Resident package:

You will talk to a live trained property/maintenance manager for after-hour emergencies who will provide immediate help for your maintenance repairs.

We reward our residents for paying on time and in full, by reporting your payments to the credit bureaus to help build your credit
