Resident Benefits & Experiences
All Property Management and Sales Inc. is a California real estate Brokerage acting as an Agent / Broker for our property owners. We do not own the properties in our portfolio, but simply manage them for the property owners. We offer our residents access to our managed property portfolio and we guarantee a fair, transparent, and seamless renting experience.
In addition to rent, residents shall pay $25 per month to All Property Management and Sales Inc. as a Broker fee for this service.

Your security deposit is held by us, in an FDIC insured trust account, and if your property is foreclosed for any reason we guarantee the protection of your security deposit.

24 Hour Maintenance Emergency Line:
You will talk to a live trained property/maintenance manager for after-hour emergencies who will provide immediate help for your maintenance repairs.
Secure Resident Portal
Your password-protected portal allows you to view your payment history, print rent receipts, make repair requests, and update your information anytime and anywhere.

Are you a tenant looking to buy a home? Save on commission rates when purchasing a home through us!
Property Inspections
We inspect your property during your lease term to ensure there are no outstanding repair issues.
