All Property Management and Sales Inc. is a California real estate Brokerage company acting as an Agent / Broker for our clients. We do not own the properties in our portfolio, but simply manage them for the property owners. We offer our residents access to our property portfolio and we guarantee a fair, transparent, and seamless renting experience.
