Service Fees
WE ONLY HAVE 3 CHARGES!
Are you tired of being charged for everything when it comes to management fees? Are you being charged outrageous prices? Come check us out!
For our Basic Package we charge:
Start up fee = $355
Monthly Management fee = 6% of rent
Releasing fee = $75 (only charged when tenant moves out to find new
tenant)
