Eviction Protection
In the unfortunate event that a tenant needs to be evicted from your rental, we will cover the cost of a simple uncontested eviction (some restrictions apply) and ensure your investment is protected. (Only available for the 10% tier)

EVICTION PROTECTION Guarantee
In the unfortunate event of a tenant eviction, we’ve got you covered. We will reimburse attorney and court fees up to $1,500, minimizing your financial exposure and helping you transition quickly to a new tenant.
RENTAL PAYMENT Guarantee
If your tenant stops paying rent, we’ll help bridge the gap. We provide up to $2,000 in rental income protection—up to $1,000 per month for 2 consecutive months—to help soften the impact and keep your cash flow steady.
NO CANCELLATION FEEGuarantee
We stand by our service and don’t believe in locking you into a contract. If you’re not satisfied, you may cancel your management agreement at any time with just 30 days’ notice, and no cancellation fee.
